I've never really been one to go to events out on the town. I did attend our local fashion week aged fifteen; but armed with too much glee and my camera the five hundred plus images snapped never hit the web. Combing through them seemed to much a task at the time. Cue our local fashion week in late 2016 - went, snapped some pictures and still didn't post them online. It's difficult - my eye can be too critical of images. I end up feeling like the moment has passed before it does. Then once it does I am onto something else.
What I am saying in so many words is that it's a miracle that these images made it online. Well not really a miracle more a matter of chance. The weekend that Parkshow happened was also a weekend when my previous LG crapped out on me midweek. My camera was occupied, and although some shots in this post did have an assist from it and two magnificent lenses - the majority of pictures were lensed by my blackbery. Yes, you read that right. I have been totting a blackberry in 2017. The camera is good, a little laggy. That weekend saw me start to glean the functions. Pro mode didn't show up until the next day and so I kept my shooting to moments that felt important. Cue shots of two amazing musical acts, the decor and Libertine fragrances (the sample I tried from them smelled so amazing all night - I can't even tell you which one because I am selfish in that manner.).
