As summer settles down here I am struck with two major problems.
First is the question of what to do when my face and body are two very, very different shades of brown. The face situation occurred over two summers ago with me assuming that the melanin would do its job. Alas after living in this land of 6+ months of winter, I've been deserted and now stare at the sun with the utmost suspicion. I am taking tips from my sun aware pals on how to properly avoid those UV rays.
The second is less obvious but of dire importance - the camouflage of food babies. You know what I'm talking about right? When your body enjoy's the food that you are eating so much that your tummy expands. I can start out looking normal but give me a meal or two and suddenly things do not look just right. The answer to that is loose layers. The skirt has a very high waist. Whether I tuck or untuck my blouse the food baby will remain deftly hidden! Success? I think so. Furthermore black is still slimming - right?
